Alpenraum
All Alpenraum apartments have been lovingly designed and furnished to give you a feeling of comfort. We kindly ask our guests to appreciate the effort and to take good care of the rooms and the facilities provided. 

Booking confirmation / Number of persons
After your booking has been processed you will receive a booking confirmation, usually via e-mail. This booking confirmation forms the tenancy agreement between tenant and landlord. The tenancy agreement is a legally binding contract to which these terms and conditions apply. The number of persons at any time is restricted to the number of guests as indicated on the booking confirmation.

Pets
Our apartments are suitable for people with allergies. Therefore pets are not permitted at our apartments.

Smoke-free at Alpenraum
Our apartments are non-smoking premises. Please enjoy your cigarettes on your respective balcony or on the terrace. Ashtrays will be provided.

Arrival and departure times
You may check in anytime after 4 pm on your day of arrival. Check out is anytime before 10 am on your last day.

Cleaning
Guests are responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents. The property and all equipment, utensils, furniture etc. must be left clean and tidy at the end of the rental period. A charge of € 35,– to € 130,– (depending on apartment size, 25 qm to 200 qm) will be made for a thorough end of stay cleaning. 

Breakage and damages
Guests are liable for the cost of any damage to the apartments and their contents. Any damage or breakage must be reported to the owners immediately. Guests will be billed for all unreported damages discovered following their departure. Any damage inflicted during the rental period will be repaired at once. However, repair times are subject to parts availability.

Payment terms
A deposit of 20 % of the total amount is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation to validate your reservation. Once the deposit has been taken, your reservation becomes legally binding. The deposit will not be refunded if you cancel the reservation. The balance of the rental charge has to be paid by bank transfer shortly before your arrival or by cash at your arrival.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
Name, first name, travel period and name of the apartment.

Cancellation and Refund policy
When a cancellation occurs up to 4 weeks prior to arrival we will not refund the deposit of 20 % of the total amount. If the holiday is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, guests have to pay 100 % of the total amount. If we are able to re-let the property for the whole period originally booked at the same price we will refund the balance. It is strongly recommended that guests take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation charges.

Complaints
In the unlikely event of complaints, please get in touch with the landlord within 48 hours after your arrival. We regret we cannot accept liability if you fail to notify the complaints or claims.

Disputes and Place of Jurisdiction
Any interpretation of the rental agreement is up to the court at the location of the rental property. The contract is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
